WHAT HAPPENS TO UNWANTED GOODS WE CLEAR OUT

All excess and unwanted items we remove from your home during clear out and decluttering are sorted for what can be donated to the charity of your choice. What cannot be donated is first and foremost recycled, and what cannot be recycled will be responsibly disposed of in the best Eco-Friendly manner in your area. There are also options I can advise you on for any items you might like to re-sell. Its all about everything being in its most useful, Eco-Friendly or cleanly disposed of place.

WHAT AREA'S DO I COVER FOR IN HOME SERVICES

I'm situated in North Yorkshire in the town of Boroughbridge. I cover the greater North Yorkshire area and in and around the cities of York and Leeds. For clients further afield that would require extra travel time please get in touch for bespoke services and pricing.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE BEFORE MY SERVICE

No.. some people like to clean before decluttering services, which is fine if you prefer, but not necessary. We might kick up a little dust as we clear out and organize so if you want to plan on having a clean after I would advise that as a good time. I'll be more than happy to help you tidy at the end of it all but I do not provide professional cleaning services.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU COME

Most clients like to be there when I give my service because they like to take advantage of the coaching and support aspect of my service, and it is the most efficient approach to getting the most out of using me. So I do encourage your presence.

Being hands on especially during the process of sorting what to keep and what to get rid of is important because only you can decide that, but that doesn't mean you can't do that part prior to my arrival if you feel really confident in your own will power and ability to let go of things. If not that's ok as we can go through the process together and I can give you advice and support as well as impart further coaching and techniques on how to keep things more manageable going forward, and of course my great tips on keeping things more simple and Eco-friendly for future buying practices to avoid waste, needless accumulation of goods and better all round Eco and organized living! Alternatively if you can't be home I can carry on with getting your space ship shape and lovely and we can discuss my suggestions and advice over the phone at a time that suits you. Everything I do is tailored around you, your needs and getting you results. 

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

I aim to keep all my customers happy and will work with you around your schedule best I can to accommodate your needs. 
I do ask for a deposit when making your booking that will come off the price of your service at the time of payment. I ask that all cancellations be made 48 hours ahead of time due to my scheduling needs. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to service will result in forfeit of deposit.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE CHANGES YOU SUGGEST?

People often think when taking on coaching services that they are going to be forced to make changes they might not want to, or feel ready for. My response to that concern is really do not worry! 
Of course everything I suggest will be designed for your best interest in mind, but Im not here to push you too hard or force you to do anything you're not ready to do. You might need support in your journey to make changes and implement new practices and that's just what I'm here for. I won't make you throw away anything you don't want to or push you to change anything you're not ready for. Im here to give you a bunch of great tools and suggestions to make small and large changes and support you in the process. 
We can work side by side to make the changes you're ready for and excited about first, and if you have any areas where you feel you want to work on or need to ease into I can give you practical tools, guidance and support to make comfortable steps toward your goals in the best ways for you and your daily life. And I'm always here.. you can call me and we can chat about any areas you might be struggling with. So don't worry... Im here for you and Ive got you covered!

IS MY INFORMATION SHARED

No.. never! All your personal information and details of services are kept private and never shared. 
I may ask to take some photos for before and after impressions but I will only ever post these to my website or media with your strict agreement and knowledge.
